Saturday, Sunday, Monday were chuseck holidays and Wednesday was the red day. Tuesday was the ‘sandwich day’, so the people who go to the office say that they don’t have the power in the company ^ ^. Some people request the annual paid holidays on Thursday and Friday to enjoy the 5 days of holidays avoiding the jam packed chuseck holidays. In general, the foods of chuseck-songpyeon, bulgogi are so oily. After long holidays, I have longed to eat some fresh meal. Mamas restaurant was the right place.

Out of the no. 8 exit of Gangnam station, passed 2 blocks, turned left and then the restaurant showed.

Entering to the inside, fancy interior and smile of staffs greeted me. Most of the visitors are women. A kind staff was closed to me, said hello and guided to the right place.

This place’s no.1 popular menu is ‘Ricotta Cheese Salad’. Adding the fresh fruit juices is a fantastic combination. I ordered ricotta cheese salad and plum juice. The fruit juice mixed with the ice, I asked to get rid of it.

The bread was soft, ricotta cheese was tender, nuts and almonds were crunchy. Juice was fresh and sweet. I asked juice without ice, it was dry a little. Adding the water would have been better.

After eating, Reading some articles, several activities done, I looked through fancy interior and got out. In front of the store, there was the line of the people waiting. Even if it is located back street side, it is the great place around Gangnam area.
